Becoming a Member
The Persatuan Peranakan Baba Nyonya Kuala Lumpur & Selangor was formed with the following aims and objectives:
- To practise, promote and preserve the Peranakan Baba Nyonya culture, heritage, language, traditions and life-styles.
- To create an awareness of the historical, cultural and traditional values and the unique life-style of the Peranakan Baba Nyonya community within Malaysia.
- To undertake research on the Peranakan Baba Nyonya culture and heritage.
- To interact with other Peranakan Baba Nyonya communities.
- To participate in social, educational and community activities and charity events for all members.
